One is committed to creating sustainable softwood
forests and delivering premium quality logs for wood
products desired by Pacific Rim customers.
The forest estate stretches the length of the country,
with forests in Gisborne, Ruapehu and
Manawatu/Rangitikei in the North Island and Otago
and Southland in the South Island, and is managed
from regional offices in Gisborne, Bulls and Tapanui.
Forest R&D trials currently include Koura (native freshwater crayfish)
